New Bible Study Series

Pastor Moye will lead us in a new Bible Study Series:  "Eyes Wide Open" began Wednesday, April 29th at 7:00 p.m.  There will be no Bible Study on Wednesday, May 13th. 

Trustee Position Available!

Church Council Meeting

There will be a Church Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th at 6:00 p.m.

Marriage Matters Ministry

PPBC Couples are invited to discuss ways to keep the fire burning in your marriage on Saturday, May 16th at 10:00 a.m.  For more information, there's a flyer in the foyer!  Lunch will be served!!!

PPBC Brotherhood

The PPBC Brotherhood will be collecting paper goods for the Mission Soup Kitchen during the month of May.  The collection box is in the foyer.  Additionally, there will be a Brotherhood business meeting on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 10:00 a.m.--12:00 p.m. in the Choir Room.  For additional info, please reach out to Min. PPBC Scholarship & Graduation Recognition

The PPBC Scholarship and Graduation Recognition will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026 during our morning worship service. If you would like to apply of the PPBC Scholarship and/or Graduation Gift please conctact Brother Rodney Johnson or Sister Charmonine Nelson. Applications should be turned in no later than April 30th!!!  Our Special Recognition College or Trade School Graduates are asked to contact Sis. C. Nelson.

Vacation Bible School

Students from Pre-K to 12th Grade are invited to join us for Vacation Bible School June 10-12, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Dinner will be served!  Parents please sign up your student(s); the paperwork is located in the foyer.  For additional information, please contact Sis. Congratulations to our Bible Drill Competitors!!!

Miss S. Bedford and Miss E. Isme competed at the State level in Bible Drill on April 18, 2026 earning Superior and State Winner Perfect, respectively.  Congrats to Miss Isme who also won a Gold Medal in Art!!!

Youth Scholarship Donation Information!

The Third Sundays are our Youth Scholarship Sundays!!!  If you'd like to support the PPBC Scholarship Fund, please indicate "Scholarship Fund" on a blank line of your church envelope and include your donation.

Emergency Gift Card Program

Benevolent Funds facilitates a Gift Card Program. Please donate funds so that $20.00 HEB Gift Cards may be purchased to assist PPBC and community members. Please place your donations in the offering envelope and write "Gift Card" on the line. POC Minister Booker.

Reserved seating is provided for our members/guests using walkers and wheelchairs so that they may be placed next to their seat. Please do not seat in those seats if you are not disabled. Thank you.

Girls in Action ​(​Grades 1-6 grade) meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

Children/Youth Choir
